1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next business day.

  • During busy periods (sales, holidays, new launches), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

2. UK Shipping

We currently ship to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery method selected

  • Order value

  • Shipping destination

Free shipping promotions, if available, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

5. Delays & Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
